What's Included

Every build includes the whole platform.

AgentCentric isn't sold in tiers. Every site is a custom build, and every build comes with the full platform underneath. The scope is decided together on the discovery call — never off a menu.

A note on scope and investment. Custom work doesn't sit naturally inside a price grid. Every project is shaped by the agent's brand, the markets, the listing volume, and the timeline — and the right investment is the one that matches the work that needs to be done. Rather than publish tiers that wouldn't be honest, the scope and investment are walked through together on the first call, with no obligation to move forward.

What is fixed is everything below. Every site ships with the same platform, the same engineering standard, and the same support model. The difference between projects is the editorial scope — the depth of the brand work, the number of pages, the complexity of the IDX integration, the custom illustration, the listing presentation tooling. Not the platform underneath.

Standard with every build

What's included

01

Custom luxury website

A bespoke design system shaped around the agent's brand, not a theme pulled from a library. Editorial typography, considered motion, and a long-form structure built for the way luxury buyers actually browse.

  • Original visual direction shaped from your starting template
  • Editorial typography & restrained motion
  • Long-form structure built for serious buyers
  • Responsive on phones, tablets, desktop

02

Live IDX property search

Native property search that lives on the agent's own domain, in the agent's own design system. No third-party widget grafted on the side. Maps, listing detail, saved searches — all matching the brand.

  • On-domain MLS search via custom Cloudflare Worker
  • Map view & listing detail in the site's design system
  • Saved searches & lead capture wired in
  • Performance tuned for mobile buyers

03

GHL CRM integration

A built-in CRM wired into the site from the first build — pipelines, lead source attribution, nurture sequences, and the source data the agent actually needs to follow up well.

  • Lead source, page history & search behavior captured
  • Pipelines configured to the agent's workflow
  • Email & SMS nurture sequences built in
  • Contacts exportable — the agent owns the data

04

Custom domain & SSL

The site is configured on the agent's own domain with a managed SSL certificate, DNS, and the rest of the unglamorous infrastructure work — handled, not handed back as a checklist.

  • Custom domain configuration & DNS
  • Managed SSL certificate
  • Email-forwarding setup & DKIM
  • Performance & uptime monitoring

05

Listing presentation tools

Dedicated listing pages and presentation flows that turn the agent's website into part of the listing pitch. Property micro-pages, market reports, and the supporting collateral built into the same system.

  • Property micro-pages on the brand's domain
  • Market reports & neighborhood guides
  • Built-in listing presentation flow
  • Shareable links for buyer consultations

06

Ongoing support

Direct support from the team that built the site — not a ticket queue, not an offshore agency. Small-list relationships, real responsiveness, and ongoing tuning as the brand and business evolve.

  • Direct support from the team that built the site
  • Ongoing performance, security & SEO tuning
  • Content & structure updates as the brand evolves
  • Analytics & attribution reporting

Scope & Investment

Decided together — on the discovery call.

There's no price grid because the work isn't off-the-rack. The discovery call is where the scope, the timeline, and the investment are walked through against the actual business — the markets, the volume, the brand goals, and the technical complexity of what needs to ship.

The call is free and the conversation is honest. If the work doesn't make sense for the moment the business is in, we'll say so.

How a project moves

01

Discovery call

A 30-minute working call about the brand, the markets, and what a thoughtful site could actually do for the business.

02

Scope & proposal

A written scope, a clear timeline, and a single investment figure shaped around the work — not pulled off a pricing grid.

03

Build & launch

Bespoke build, the IDX integration, the CRM wiring, and the launch. Ongoing support continues from the day the site goes live.
