Who we are

AgentCentric is a luxury real estate website and growth platform operated from Newport Beach, California. Contact: Varinder@theagentcentric.com.

What we collect

If you submit a contact or discovery form, we receive the fields you choose to send — typically name, email, phone, market, and a message. That information is used to reply to you and to scope a possible engagement. We do not sell form submissions.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregated traffic and how pages are used. Those tools set cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, passwords, or conversation transcripts into analytics events.

Voice guide and chat

The optional “Talk to Aria” voice guide and the chat widget process speech or text so the guide can answer questions about AgentCentric. Audio is used to transcribe and reply during the session. Do not enter confidential client files, passwords, or other sensitive personal information into the guide or chat.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Analytics data follows the retention settings of those providers.

Your choices

You can email Varinder@theagentcentric.com to ask what we hold about an inquiry you sent, or to ask us to delete it. You can also use browser controls to limit analytics cookies.
