These terms govern use of theagentcentric.com and conversations about an AgentCentric engagement. They are written in plain language and are not a substitute for a signed statement of work.

The site

The website describes AgentCentric’s custom luxury real estate websites, native IDX, built-in CRM, and related services. Portfolio examples and dashboard screens are illustrations of the product. Sample names, phone numbers, and pipeline figures in product mockups are examples, not named-client results.

No ranking or revenue promises

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Search visibility depends on the agent’s market, content, authority, and many factors outside our control.

Engagements

The published launch package is $999 setup and $199.99 per month after the site is live. Scope beyond that package, timeline, and any custom work are confirmed in writing before we start. The written agreement for a given build controls if the two ever differ.

Your materials

You are responsible for the photos, bios, listing copy, and brand assets you provide, including that you have the right to use them. Leads captured on a site we build belong to the agent and remain exportable.

Voice guide and chat

Aria is a demonstration guide for this website. It can make mistakes. It is not legal, MLS, or fiduciary advice. Do not rely on it for transaction decisions.
