Templates

Six starting points. Every build, custom from there.

A template at AgentCentric is an editorial direction, not a finished website. Each one is a curated point of view on what a luxury agent's digital presence can feel like — and a starting frame we shape around the agent's brand from the first call onward.

How it works. Every site we build is custom from the first pixel — the templates below are the visual languages we begin from, not the websites we ship. Some agents arrive knowing exactly which direction reads like their brand. Others walk through all six in the first conversation and decide together which voice fits the markets they work, the listings they represent, and the buyers they want to attract. We treat the template as the first sketch, not the deliverable.

What changes between templates is the editorial register — typography, motion, restraint, the way photography frames a listing, the rhythm of a long scroll. What stays constant is the engineering underneath. Every build ships with native IDX search, a built-in CRM, the lead architecture, performance tuning, and structured data for search. The aesthetic shifts to match the agent. The infrastructure does not.

The Six Directions

01 / Noir

Noir

Dark · Editorial · Gallery-feel

A deep, near-black canvas with gold accents and serif headlines. Photography reads like a print magazine. The right fit for agents who represent architectural and modern luxury, and want the brand to feel curated rather than commercial.

02 / Atelier

Atelier

Quiet · Studio · Considered

Muted greens, ample white space, slow transitions. Reads like an interior design studio's portfolio. Built for agents whose brand sits closer to thoughtful craft than transactional volume, and for listings that benefit from breathing room.

03 / Ivory

Ivory

Light · Warm · Print-inspired

A warm cream-on-cream palette with old-style numerals and tall serif display type. Reads like the spread in a hardbound real estate annual. Suits agents whose marketing already leans editorial and whose listings photograph in golden light.

04 / Coast

Coast

Airy · Coastal · Wide-angle

A pale blue-grey palette built around long horizontal photography and oversized listing imagery. Designed for waterfront, coastal, and view-driven markets where the property itself is the headline and the page should get out of the way.

05 / Sovereign

Sovereign

Stately · Heritage · Considered

A traditional, heritage-leaning system — deep neutrals, classical serif type, restrained motion. Reads like a long-established firm rather than a new entrant. The right register for legacy markets and agents whose brand carries family history.

06 / Maison

Maison

European · Soft · Boutique

A boutique European register — warm taupes, soft golds, generous margins, slim italics. Reads less like a real estate site and more like a small fashion house. For agents whose brand voice is intimate, deliberate, and audibly different from the local MLS norm.

Not sure which direction is yours?

Most agents walk into the first call uncertain and walk out clear. We'll talk through the markets, the brand voice, and the listings — and decide together which template makes the right starting point for the build.
